Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from MiniLabCo.com.
If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please contact us at info@minilabco.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Do not return any product without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a few days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@minilabco.com.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on sale items.

  • Slight variations in size (1–2 cm) or color due to screen differences are not considered defects.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
